Hi, I’m Sean, The Friendly Coaching Guy. I help women aged 25–55 regain confidence, feel amazing, and create lasting lifestyle changes without overwhelming their lives. I served five years in the Army, including tours of Afghanistan, as a Physical Training Instructor, and for the past 13 years I’ve been coaching women to transform their bodies, boost confidence, and build sustainable habits. Alongside me is my girlfriend, Carla, who has gone through her own incredible transformation and now trains to refine her physique. She’s really keen to share her experiences with her own journey and be a really supportive pillar in your journey's. Carla really enjoys sharing her culinary creations and will be there to lift you up within the community. We provide easy-to-follow workouts, family friendly recipes and nutrition guidance and support every step of the way.
