Payment for our services is required in full at the time of purchase, or if purchasing through our 3rd party partner, Klarna, you are able to pay in terms to suit you. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. All prices are in GBP/Sterling/£ and are subject to change without notice.

Due to the personalised nature of our services and the significant amount of time and effort invested in constructing our packages, we do not offer refunds for any purchases made. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
